Cancellation Policy
After 15 minutes past your appointment time, I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. You will not be able to rebook an appointment until you've paid that fee for cancellation. If the card on file is declined you will be banned from booking, permanently. All services are final sale, and adjustments in color are at Angie Knix's discretion. There are no refunds on services, and by entering in card information you agree to the "No Call, No Show' fees of 50%of services selected.
